Professional Care Staff:
The Veranda offers a professional nursing staff composed of a full time Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Medication Technicians. Our care staff works with the residents, families and doctors to aid in the best quality care available. Our care staff aids in scheduling doctor's appointments, transporting to and from, as well as providing sitters at appointments. Our care staff is thoroughly trained to assist in all daily living skills with our residents. Our medication technicians are certified to administer medications per doctors orders, while adhering to state guidelines and regulations.
24-Hour Resident Assistance:
Our care staff is available 24 hours a day for assistance with bathing, meals, medication, dressing and all daily living activities.
Activities:
The Veranda believes activities are a vital part to maintaining happy and healthy lifestyles. A minimum of five activities are offered daily ranging from social, educational, religious, cultural and recreational. Transportation is provided to all activities outside of the community. Events and activities with other assisted living communities are hosted to encourage socializing.
Dining:
The Veranda offers a professional dietary staff, with an experienced chef, cook & dietary aides. Three home cooked meals are provided daily, as well as an open snack bar is available 24 hours a day. Residents have the option of dining in a formal dining setting, or can request their meal be delivered to their room. Specialized diets, as well as customized meals, are also available.

Respite/Adult Daycare:
Respite & Adult Daycare available for a daily rate. Please contact the Business Office Manager to check availability.
